This project began with an assembly of the various components of the bullet.  Once I brought the assembly into Ansys each part was given a designated material from the Material Library and initial conditions.  The simulation takes place over the course of 5.0009x10^(-4) seconds.  By treating the plate as a rigid object, we can see the bullet shatter upon impact with a safety factor of 0.5.  This type of simulation is useful in allowing simulations of any two objects which interact and can be incredibly useful in safety and durability testing.
